Messing around in Gimp with the ellipse creator tool as well as some circular and linear gradients. I think I prefer Adobe Photoshop CC though... Additionally, I feel like Blogger is one of the few lost pieces of software that Google manages. It seemingly doesn't see the same development activity and updating as does a lot of their other software.
